The room was huge. I had originally wanted to upgrade to a suite, but turns o it we really didn’t need to! It was my husband, myself, and our large mastiff mix. We had so much room and loved that there was a full kitchen and seperate living space for us all. It was extremely clean and new. The front desk ladies were so sweet and accommodating. My grandmother had a room across from us and she also loved her room. We were able to visit for the holidays and be extremely comfortable and felt very safe

Everything was great. The staff greeted me upon entry, they were pleasant & helpful throughout the stay. The hotel itself was beautiful. It’s up-to-date with the amenities and the rooms. My suite looked like a beautiful studio apartment. The fire pit was nice & cozy and so pretty to look at. I’m glad the hotel isn’t wasteful, the fire pit is turned off when no one is using it and turned on almost immediately after someone sits outside.

we have been going to Wilkes Barre to go to hockey games a few times a year. The hotel we usually use was full so we decided to stay close to the arena and chose your hotel. We could walk to the arena ... which was great and the facility and people working there were outstanding. We have decided that we will stay there from now on. Loved it!!

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in an accessible room and it was perfect. The sink in the kitchen and the bathroom were both designed to allow a wheelchair to roll up to them. The shower had a strong, comfortable shower chair. It easily held my weight and I'm 500lbs. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

On our 9 day vacation, we spent three nights at the Residence Inn. It was without question our favorite hotel. The breakfast was varied with several hot selections that changed daily. The waffles were tasteless. They had blackout curtains, comfy beds, great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
